3. Discussion Questions "How did you learn about these American Symbols? What is a better way to show off eagles than with an American Flag in the background? How fast can a Bald Eagle fly at top speed? What is the difference between a Bald Eagle and a Golden Eagle? What is the population of a Bald Eagles in the United States? How can you tell the difference between a male and female bald eagle? Why do Bald Eagles soar alone? Why is the Bald Eagle our national bird? What makes eagles so interesting to you?"
Lesson Activities
1. Choose 12" by 15" Drawing Paper2. Draw Three Thumbnail Sketches of the American Eagle using types of line (contour, outline) for the Coffee Painted Sepia Eagle
3. Add details (American Flag, National Park, Fireworks) to negative space of the Coffee Painted Sepia Eagle
